  • Any fictional race, as long as it's not too animalistic.

  • Simple Machines (ask first)

  • Scenes involving more than one character

NOTICE!
Aside from the "I DON'T DO:" statements, everything can be discussed/negotiable to a certain extent.I can't list everything I do or don't do, so feel free to ask.

Customer rights

  • The Client has the right to remain anonymous in commission publications (INVOLVING FANDOM CHARACTERS and ORIGINAL CHARACTERS).

  • The customer has the right to cancel the commission at any time (SEE YOUR REFUND RIGHTS BELOW!).

  • The client will be entitled to a total of 10 revisions divided into each process: 5 for drafting, 3 for line art, and 2 for coloring. (If the revision limit is exceeded, an extra fee will be charged.)

Artist's rights

  • Posting rights for commissions related to FANDOM CHARACTERS and ORIGINAL CHARACTERS

  • The artist can refuse any request that goes against their principles without hesitation.

  • All artwork will bear the artist's signature without exception; this will not be discussed.

  • All the art will be bathed in Glaze,this will not be discussed.

  • The artist may cancel the commission in case of technical problems or negotiations with the client (the refund process will be explained at the end of the t.o.s).

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel the illustration if the client is absent during the ordering process. IF THE DEADLINE ESTABLISHED FOR THE CLIENT'S APPEARANCE PASSES, THEIR SPOT WILL BE LOST AND THE CLIENT WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, EVEN AT THE FIRST DRAFT STAGE.

REFUND RIGHTS

The customer receives a refund when:

  1. When I, MAKODA, as an artist, am unable to deliver a commission to a client for any reason whatsoever, the client will be entitled to a full refund. In this situation, you will be notified and the refund process will be initiated.

  2. The customer may receive a 50% refund of the amount paid if they CANCEL THE ORDER DURING THE FIRST DRAFT STAGE!

The customer does not receive a refund if:

  • Cancel the order AFTER THE FIRST DRAFT STAGE! Regardless of the reason, after this step it will not be possible to request a refund unless the first situation presented in the first list occurs.

  • If the client is absent during the production process of the order, I, as the artist, can only continue the work after you (the client) give the green light to proceed with each stage of the illustration.If the client's absence exceeds the stipulated deadline, they will lose their spot and will not receive a refund, not even for the first stage (first draft).

Payment Methods

Attention! All payment methods will be processed via PayPal! In all cases, an invoice will be provided!Payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise you will lose your spot.

ADDITIONS/FEE

  • 70% More per extra character.

  • 30% For complex objects (to be decided by the artist).

  • 10$ For additional changes to the illustration (after the required number of "changes" is reached.)
